Terms of service

Article 1 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) are as follows.

“The Company”
Refers to K-RISE Co., Ltd.

“The Service”
Refers to the following services provided by the Company via the Internet, as well as any services incidental thereto.

・Luggage delivery service
・Kimono rental reservation service
・Reservations for experiential services
・Other related services provided by the Company

“User”
Means a person who applies to use the Service after understanding and agreeing to the terms of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

“Content”
Means images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, and other information provided through the Service.

Article 2 (Application of These Terms)

These Terms shall apply to the relationship between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Service provided by the Company.

The User shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon using the Service.

Article 3 (Amendments to These Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms if it deems it necessary for the operation of the Service.

If the Company amends these Terms, it shall notify Users of the amended content and the effective date by posting the information on the Company’s website or by other appropriate means.

If a User continues to use the Service after such amendments, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Service Provider)

This Service is operated by K-RISE Co., Ltd.

The Company is the contracting party and the party responsible for sales regarding the suitcase delivery service, kimono rental reservation service, experiential service reservations, and other services provided by the Company.

The Company is responsible for receiving payments, accepting reservations, arranging deliveries, responding to inquiries, processing refunds, and handling complaints regarding this Service.

With regard to suitcase delivery services, the Company will arrange for delivery and may outsource such services to a delivery carrier depending on the delivery area.

Partner hotels, kimono rental shops, experiential facilities, and other partner businesses are the providers of their respective services and cooperate in accepting reservations or providing this Service; however, the Company, as the party responsible for sales, will handle all matters related to users.

Article 5 (Establishment of the Service Use Agreement)

Users shall apply to use this Service via the method prescribed by the Company.

Upon confirming the information entered by the User and completing the order or reservation, and once the User receives an order confirmation or reservation confirmation notice from us, a Service Agreement shall be formed between the User and us.

We may refuse to accept an application or reservation if the application contains incomplete information, if fraudulent use is suspected, or in any other case where we deem it inappropriate.

Minors may use this Service only with the consent of their legal representative.

Article 6 (Changes to Registration Information)

Users shall promptly notify the Company of any changes to their name, address, phone number, email address, or other information registered at the time of application.

Procedures initiated prior to such changes may be processed based on the information prior to the change.

Article 7 (Fees and Payment Methods)

The fees for using this Service shall be in accordance with the fee schedule posted on our website.

Users shall pay the usage fees using the payment methods designated by us.

The terms of use for credit cards, PayPay, and other payment services shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions established by each payment service provider.

In the event of a dispute between a user and a payment service provider, such dispute shall be resolved between the parties involved.

Article 8 (Cancellations and Refunds)

Cancellations and refunds by Users shall be governed by the disclosures and cancellation policy based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, as posted on our website.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will handle Users’ personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Prohibited Acts)

When using this Service, Users shall not engage in the following acts:

・Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
・Registering false information
・Acts that cause damage to third parties or the Company
・Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
・Using the Service by impersonating a third party
・Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from natural disasters, traffic conditions, circumstances of shipping companies, system failures, or other causes beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

With regard to the suitcase delivery service, the Company shall not be liable for delivery delays, failure to deliver, or other damages resulting from errors in the information entered by the user.

With regard to the kimono rental reservation service and experiential services, the Company shall not be liable for changes to service content, cancellations, or other issues arising from causes attributable to each partner business operator, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company. However, the Company will respond in good faith as a point of contact for inquiries and complaints from users.

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages shall be limited to the total amount of service fees paid to us by the user in question.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or the rightful owners.

Users may not use information obtained through the Service without the Company’s prior consent.

Article 13 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 14 (Consultation and Jurisdiction)

In the event of any matter not provided for in these Terms or any doubt arising regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the Company and the User shall consult in good faith to resolve such matters.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
