If your luggage is damaged, please contact us within three days of arrival. Please note that we cannot provide compensation for claims made after this period. We provide compensation of up to 300,000 yen for the contents of your luggage in the event of damage or loss caused by an accident during transport. However, no compensation is provided for damage to the suitcase itself (exterior, wheels, handles, etc.) during transport.
